Nice property, wonderful breakfast. The one thing we did not like was the shower. It is open on one end so cold air came in, water temperature was inconsistent and there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor by the time we were done so we stood in a puddle of water to use the toilet. Seals on the door were bad. That is the one thing that would keep me from returning to this hotel.

I liked the location and the great green areas within the hotel property. I did not like their shower system in the bathrooms. I did not like the refusal to accept my pet dog because her weight was over 15 Kg.

Great staff! Sauna was broken for all of the 6days which was sad but still we understand. Staff did go into our room unannounced with do not disturb sign on the door so that was not comforting. Breakfast is fantastic Pool is chilly but beautiful to relax around The gym was nice to have! The grounds were beautifully kept with a walking path! Square and all of Arequipa restaurants are under a 20min walk which is nice and lots to see! Easy to cab around if needed but walking is faster because of traffic!

This property is well maintained and very secure. We were able to walk to and from the main plaza every day. The breakfast buffet was terrific! I love old world feel of the property. I have never been to a hotel that locks up at night so this was a first for me. I will be going back! 10/10

Well we get there. The air conditioning is broken in the room and they knew it was. Then we have to change our suitcases and go to another room. Then we tried to use the hot tub. It was never hot then I Go to the front desk and pay the bill in the morning. I get going to get my taxi and they're coming after me asking me for 20 vsoyoe

In this opportunity, we would like to give you more details about the mentioned .According to the web site, our rooms have calefaccion, and some rooms have air conditioning, and we offered you the option to change the room.On the other hand, the hot tub has a temperature according to regulations about 35.When a person leaves a room, the housekeeper checks the minibar, when you paid your bill, there was a person in the room; we had a last consume in the minibar and this was not included in the bill.We hope that this information has been of great help to you and that it has solved any other inquiry you might have had. This is a lovely hotel in a great location in Arequipa. It’s a great value. The facility is comfortable, the rooms are large, the staff are nice, helpful and anticipate your needs. My only complaint is that they should offer bottled water daily to the guests, given the dry climate, the altitude and the lack of potable water. Currently guests only get 1 complimentary bottle of water, and have to pay for additional water. It would also be great if the pool was heated and free of debris. Otherwise, we had an excellent time at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Absolutely lovely hotel in a peaceful, yet easily walkable, location. The staff were so kind and friendly, and very tasty food. I enjoyed myself so much that I extended my stay. Would absolutely recommend.
