It includes private parking. An entrance hall with a separate toilet and washbasin. The living area consists of a double living room and a dining room, opening onto a balcony, offering breathtaking views of the Arcachon Bay. TV (no Wi-Fi). A separate kitchen with gas hob, mini oven, refrigerator, and Nespresso machine. A first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). A shower room. A second and final bedroom also has a double bed (140 cm). A bathroom with toilet. A pantry with a washing machine is also available. A crib and high chair are also available. For shopping, you're located halfway between Arcachon town center and the shops of the Aiguillon district. The bike path is right outside the residence.
