\- Open kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.  
\- Bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) (closet/wardrobe)

\- Shower room with 2 sinks, walk-in shower, tumble dryer, and separate toilet.  
\- Secure underground parking space.
