It enjoys a prime location directly on the free beginners’ slope and is just 350 metres from the shops. The West-facing balcony offers a pleasant view over the village. The living area includes one double bed and a pull-out sofa bed with two single mattresses side by side. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, microwave, two electric hobs, and a refrigerator. The bathroom includes a bathtub and toilet. Additional features include a flat-screen TV, individual electric heating, shared hot water system, a storage cellar, and access to outdoor parking. Il est cependant bien situé, lumineux. Un peu de rénovation notamment dans la salle de bain et niveau prises électriques ne serait pas du luxe.
