Furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The sofa and loveseat both had stains, tears and worn spots , lumpy and not supportive at all. No place comfortable to sit to watch tv. TV was a bit fuzzy and no TV in the bedroom. Well stocked kitchen but glass is missing from the doors. Bed was comfortable but no slats under the box springs. Sat on the bed which then went thru the frame so we had to pick the mattress up to get it back on the frame which was covered in rust. Washington machine works very well. Deck has a great view of the beach, pier and cement ship. Others have posted about the upstairs neighbors which were noisy and heavy footed. This beach condo is right above the Rio Del Mar beach in Aptos. It's a quick walk down the hill to the beach. We enjoyed swimming, fishing and playing in the sand during our stay. There's one bedroom, but still suitable for a small family. The condo has a huge patio with BBQ, picnic table and lots of sunshine. Kitchen is full stocked with a dishwasher and full refrigerator.
