Grocery 200 m, supermarket 11 km, restaurant, bar, bakery 200 m, bus stop "200", sandy beach "Vallecrosia" 14 km.

Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom, on 2 levels. Kitchenette (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave). Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 15.10. to 15.05.
