Some things to keep in mind are as follows - no clocks or radio upstairs, air conditioners are window only, wood flooring makes a lot of noise as it is an older house, refrigerator freezes everything so be careful what you have in there, basement stairs have no railing to hold on to, no tea for kerig only coffee. ##### Kathrine T.
