About this property
Lovely 2 bedroom rental unit in Historic District!
- Cute and spacious two bedroom (2 story) unit in a tri-plex near downtown Appleton in historic park district - Newly renovated including paint, flooring and an updated kitchen. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. Queen bed in main bedroom. Second bedroom currently not furnished but we will furnish as a bedroom or office as requested.
Fully furnished unit with all the comforts of home! Utilities, wifi and off-street parking included.
Near hospitals, Lawrence university and Downtown District!
Shared parking area. Access information will be given after booking and prior to arrival.
Minimum 30 day stay, monthly price is $1650, required to complete an application and sign a rental agreement.
$250 non-refundable pet fee for authorized pets.
Parking only in designated space, not to block other tenants.
No Smoking or Vaping permitted.
Municipal trash/recycling guidelines must be followed.
