« Nous avons étés surpris du nombres d escaliers nécessaire à l arrivée car pas d ascenseur et avec trois valises rien d évident . Et de plus nous étions dans une annexe et pas dans l hôtel en temps de froid pas évident. De plus nous avons trouvé le lavabo bouché et un sèche serviette fuyant pas évident. »

« Très bon hotel avec de belles prestations. Superbe piscine et espace sauna très complet. Très bon petit déjeuner. Le point négatif est la mesure de la direction interdisant aux clients hommes d'être en short ou short-long (ce qui était mon cas) dans leur restaurant, qui n'est qu'un simple buffet ! Vu la chaleur, la plupart du monde était en short, donc tant pis pour eux s'ils préfèrent perdre de l'argent. J'ai pas compris cette mesure qui m'a énervé sur le coup. »
