Lovely spacious house close to parks and tramway

  • Nice town house from the 1950s, recently renovated. The sitting room, dining room and kitchen are located on the 1st floor. You have a lot of light and space and also a west-facing terrace with a view of the garden. On the 2nd floor are the 2 bedrooms. You will also find the bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. In front of the house you have a front garden with free! parking spot. Tram and bus stops that take you to the city center or to the train station at 100m
