Once there, however, we were in easy walking district of the main sites as well as the university district, opera area, and southern museums. The room/studio apartment was very large, sunny, comfortable, and perfectly outfitted with furniture and equipment. In fact it was a better hotel room than our follow-on room in Amsterdam, at one-third of the cost. The amount of hair in the bed and comforter was ridiculous. The towel in the bathroom was so full of hair. I asked if the room had been cleaned, the guy was a jerk. I told him I would not sleep on the sheets. He said I could go down stairs and grab “clean” sheets or he would do it tomorrow. I had no problem grabbing clean sheets. The sheets were thrown in a large Landry hamper. NOT CLEAN!!! All he had to say was sorry for the dirty sheets and room. He was so rude and no accountability. I decided to leave that day and not stay there. He was nice enough??? To tell me he “didn’t need to deal with this and I could find somewhere else to stay and would refund my money. Tobias is een geweldige gastheer, erg service gericht. De kamers zijn ontzettend ruim en sfeervol. De bedden liggen heerlijk! Op loopafstand kan de auto geparkeerd worden voor 6 euro per 24 uur. Gelijk om de hoek kan de auto geparkeerd worden voor 30 euro per 24 uur. Volgende keer reserveren we zeker weten de 4 persoonskamer, die zag er ook geweldig uit.
