Some issues with the tech in the room (the tv occasionally refused to remain switched off and the air con defaulted to 21C every time the room key was removed) but overall a 4\* experience from a 3\* rating. We had an issue with the shower curtain, which did nothing to prevent water seeping into the rest of the bathroom. The staff solution was to offer a change of room but, as it had the same layout, it would have made no difference so we stayed put. Our room had a number of adjustments to enhance accessibility (handrails at various points in the bathroom); however, the light switch was behind the bathroom door (inside the bathroom) and the hairdryer, fixed to the wall to the left of the large sink, had a short flex. Neither seemed to improve matters. Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam. De kamer was ruim en schoon met goede bedden. De kamer was wat gehorig. Je hoort iedereen die op de gang voorbij komt. Blijkbaar schoongemaakt met een schoonmaakmiddel wat een laagje achterlaat wat glad is. De deuren van de kamers gaan hard dicht, een deurdranger, soft close systeem oid zou helpen.
