"My family loved this hotel. It’s so close to the city center. We walked everywhere from our hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. The rooms are unique and clean. No air conditioning but a fan is provided and you can leave the windows open for a nice cool breeze. We also loved the food. Delicious and easy to order and understand. If you don’t eat at the hotel then you have 100’s of options up and down the streets. "

"Location was ideal for our trip- just walking around Antigua. The pool was nice and we liked our room a lot. We were charged an additional fee in cash USD upon arrival (40 bucks) and then they wanted bills in better condition and I was confused about that and we had ri go through all of my bag to find acceptable bills. Breakfast is often included but it wasn’t on our reservation- my understanding is because we booked through Expedia. "

"The room was amazing. So comfy, and cozy. I would definitely come back . It is in my top 2 hotels to stay at. Food is amazing. It started to down poor and it was so convenient that we could eat at the hotel. Room service is also amazing and fast."

"This property is perfectly located just a block away from the Santa Catalina Arch and may other landmarks like the San Jose Cathedral and park. A Starbucks on the corner which was a plus. Overall great stay. When I come back to Antigua definitely staying there again. I traveled with my mom and aunt and they enjoyed their stayed as well."

"Our room was on the second floor during Easter week and the noise for breakfast was right outside our room at 6:00 am. The hotel was pretty and the view was nice, but our room was so noisy 6-10 every morning and it didn't feel private because we could hear every conversation right outside our door (like 2 feet from the door there were 50 people eating breakfast). Just don't have an upstairs room and it would be nicer."
