Always to a good standard.

Everything was VERY satisfactory. Have stayed here a number of times and will continue to so do when in the area. I particularly like the way the hotel is presented with "old world " charm , and the service and food have always been to a good standard. Why look elsewhere??

We stayed for 2 days as were trekking about an hour out of the city. We had not been to this town before, so woshed to give it a go. Pleasant hotel. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly. Room a bit small and dated. Unsure if Expedia Diamond VIP meant anything.

We're coming back!

Beautiful expansive property the grounds surrounding the main traditional "Spanish Villa-style hotel building are as fabulous and beautifully maintained as the building itself. We had drinks and tapas in the bar, and a delicious dinner in the restaurant that was open all day so as we were travel weary it was nice not to have to wait until 8/9-ish to eat dinner. Large choice of wines as well. Everything is clean and comfortable: Bedrooms & ensuite bathrooms are also traditional style ours looked out onto the walled lawns again lawn & shrubs trees well-kept and in the room everything works! Nice hot showers & baths meticulously clean! Plenty of parking - we had a rental car. we didn' get a chance to try the modern gym/pool facility though. We're coming back!

Nice place - neutral to poor service

The hotel is very impressive - and just suited to our style. The staff were rather neutral and almost offhand. The breakfast is not worth the money - the single waiter / cook was aloof and offhand - there was stale scrambled egg - I asked for fresh scrambled egg - he decided not hear my request and kept on ambling off around the kitchen and the restaurant.

Excellent does not cut it. Ideal location for business travellers, perfect get-away for leisure travelers. Kitchen is good, bar is good and above all, the personnel is very kind and helpful. Thanks for having me!

It was nice place, friendly staff with large bedroom and bathroom. One big disappointment was ads and images pro it two pools, hot tubs sauna- everyone if these was closest at same time!! Come on its end May !! The gym is enormous and well run.

Poolområdet var inte skött bra. Ingen mysfaktor alls. Grinden dit var låst. Fick be anställd att öppna. Kallt i vattnet. Mycket trevligt bemötande av en manlig receptionist vid incheckningen. Ej samma bemötande av den ointresserade kvinnan som checkade ut oss. Drog tyvärr ner upplevelsen. Bra restaurang (trevlig personal) och fina allmänna utrymmen att vistas i.

J'étais à pied. Il n'y a pas de transport public pour aller en ville. A pied il faut environ 25 minutes, en partie le long d'une route très passante et sur un sentier de terre. On peut prendre un taxi à chaque fois si on veut.

Hotellet var super fint men när man bokar står det att det ska finnas utepool samt innepool. På förmiddagen gick det ej att vistas vid ute poolen då dom byggde inne poolen. Ljudet var öronbedövande och gick ej att vistas där under dessa tider. Vilket var tråkigt och vi önskar vi hade blicir informerade om detta innan. Poolen utomhus var även smutsig, låg löv och annat skräp i.
