The Hotel L’Imperial Palace is in a great location next to the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted us in arranging a private boat trip around Lake Annecy. Overall a perfect hotel stay.

Hotel Imperial is a jewel, a beautiful hotel along lake Annecy. We stayed for 2 nights. The staff was friendly and helpful and great English speakers as our French is very weak. Our room was immaculately clean with fluffy towels, robes and slippers. Complementary bottles of water and baked goods were in the room upon arrival and caramels at turn down service in the evening. Quality amenities were provided in the bathroom I enjoyed the pool and sauna each day. In the late afternoon we had cocktails on the back porch enjoying the beautiful view of the lake and mountains I highly recommend recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Annecy

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms were big and clean and the staff is very welcoming. The breakfast buffet was amazing and it was nice to sit outside and have such a beautiful view to look at. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel has a stunning view of lake and mountains. We had a lake view room, which was absolutely worth it. The spa is great- highly recommend the massage and body scrub. The terrace is a fantastic place to sir and have a drink, enjoy the view of the lake. Here the staff were inattentive to those customers sitting at the far end. Otherwise the staff were great and treated us to a bottle of champagne and fresh fruit cheesecake for our wedding anniversary. We would definitely return!

We had a very pleasant stay at L’Impérial Palace Annecy. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and overall we really enjoyed our time there. We were touched by the room upgrade and the thoughtful welcome of a bottle of champagne and a cake prepared for us. It was a lovely gesture. The only downside was the leisure facilities. The gym is quite small, and the swimming pool is also a little limited in size, which can make it feel crowded at busy times. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel and we would happily return.

Excellent location right on the lake with gorgeous views and an easy walk into Annecy’s Old Town. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Be sure to take advantage of the indoor pool experience. Our only disappointment was the service at La Table, where we ate twice. The restaurant and bar seemed understaffed, resulting in very slow service for both food and drinks. The staff were pleasant, but appeared stretched too thin. We did not try the other on-site restaurants.

We had an excellent stay at L’Impérial Palace. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and located in a spectacular setting on Lake Annecy. The rooms and public areas are in excellent condition, and the overall atmosphere is elegant and welcoming. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. The reception team, bar staff, breakfast team, and valet parking staff were all professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their service consistently exceeded our expectations and created a wonderful atmosphere. I would especially like to thank all the members of staff who were working from July 14 to July 18. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. We would be very happy to return.
