Very quiet residence, well maintained, secure (intercom and digicode), close to everything: beaches and golf courses of Chiberta and Biarritz / the Lighthouse at 1,5 km, local shops, halls and supermarket at 1 km, Biarritz at 1 km, Bayonne 3 km, airport and train station 4 km, Chiberta forest and bus to Bayonne and the beaches in front of the residence. Municipal bicycle loan service by the day. Free shuttles for the beaches.

Apartment very clear, large 25 sqm balcony, sunny (facing south and east), unobstructed view of Bayonne and mountains. Private parking outside and closed box in the basement.

Séjour fort agréable.

Appartement dans résidence très calme avec garage. Grande terrasse très appréciable. Emplacement entre la mer et la ville. Arrêt de bus et piste cyclabe à proximité pour facilité les déplacements (même jusqu’à la belle ville Bayonne). Nous en avons profité pour visiter les alentours : St jean de luz, San Sebastian et notamment la Rhune Très bon accueil de notre hôte avec de bons conseils gastronomiques.

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement vaste et lumineux. La terrasse est particulièrement agréable et l'emplacement nous a permis de profiter de la plage et de la foret à pieds.

Parenthèse enchantée entre océan et arrière pays

Cet appartement dans une résidence privée extrêmement propre est idéalement situé ; à 3km de la plage accessible à pied par la forêt ou en bus (arrêt en face de la résidence) en 5mn et de Bayonne en 5mn toujours en bus et de Biarritz et des plages autour en 15mn, encore en bus. On recommande vivement le bus car les parkings sont payants et places chères. L'emplacement de cet appartement permet de gagner l'arrière pays en voiture très rapidement en suivant l'itinéraire vers Bayonne. Gros atout pour se mettre au vert 😊😊 Quant à l'appartement, il est fort agréable avec son balcon qui l'entoure, très propre et excellemment équipé. Propriétaire aux petits soins pour nous proposer des idées de sorties, visites,...

Geräumige, ruhige Wohnung. Das grosse Waldgebiet gegenüber ist praktisch für Vierbeiner. Mit dem Bus ca. 8 Minuten zum Strand von Anglet.

Belle petite résidence de style basque, calme. Grand balcon au 2ème étage bien exposé, bien abrité, donnant sur verdure. Appartement très lumineux, bien équipé. Tous Commerces à proximité et restauration. Parking et box fermé.

Appartement très calme, très clair avec un très grand balcon dans un écrin de verdure. A (900m) de la résidence, une navette gratuite desserre les plages pendant la saison haute.

Très bel appartement, aux belles prestations, au calme, et entretenu par son propriétaire

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette location et ce fut un séjour très agréable. La résidence offre de belles prestations, propre et arborée. L'appartement est très bien entretenu, très bien équipé en tout point de vue (électroménager de qualité, vaisselle, mobilier de qualité...). Le propriétaire a su se rendre parfaitement disponible quand ce fut nécessaire. Spacieux, l'appartement permet aussi de gérer les rythmes de chacun sans déranger. La terrasse n'est pas étriquée, ensoleillée, sans vis-à-vis et reposante avec une très belle haie de bambous qui monte jusqu à ce deuxième étage !

Nos 3 semaines de vacances passées dans cette location ont été appréciées: L'appartement est en tout point conforme à l'annonce, à savoir très fonctionnel, bien équipé, et sa grande terrasse sans vis à vis a eu le succès qu'elle méritait; Le tout dans une belle résidence récente, calme, à 5' en voiture des plages et commerces, et en lisière de la pinède: De quoi contenter tout le monde. Les propriétaires sont discrets tout en étant agréables et disponibles. Nous recommandons cette location et n'hésiterons pas à revenir une autre fois. Joëlle et Bruno

Très agréable appartement terrasse

La location proposée était parfaitement adaptée pour des vacances en bord de mer et correspondait à notre demande et en tout point au descriptif fourni sur le site Abritel. au 2ème et dernier étage d'une belle résidence en bordure de foret, calme, sans vis à vis et avec une terrasse très agréable, ce qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour. Accueil chaleureux et tout l'équipement à disposition.
