Racquet club #341 is a comfortable condo decorated with new and modern furnishings. The living room has a sleeper sofa and two accent chairs in front of a large flat screen TV. You can watch your favorite shows as you relax in front of a cozy stone and wood burning fireplace. The wood burning fireplace can set the mood for relaxation or even a romantic getaway, keeping you cozy and warm on chilly evenings. Wood can be purchased at the local grocery store located very close to the condo. The newly remodeled kitchen has all new appliances such as a double oven, new stove and hood, new refrigerator, and new dishwasher. All appliances are in a modern stainless steel. It is fully stocked with any cookware you would need to make home cooked meals. The kitchen and dining area open to each other over a bar height counter. The wooden kitchen table is there for all your family meals. An extra table by the doorway provides 2 extra seats for dining if needed. The master bedroom on this level has a queen sized bed, Flat screen TV, and glass sliding door windows that let you breathe in the fresh morning air and take in the amazing New Mexico sun. The second bedroom on this floor also has a queen sized bed, TV, and glass sliding doors. The full bathroom between these rooms has a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. The condo has a large and open feel due to the high ceilings. The loft area is large and overlooks the dining and living areas. This sleeping and play area is popular for kids and teenagers that like having their own space. The loft has two queen beds and two single beds. The loft bathroom is full with a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. A stacked full sized stainless steel washer dryer are in the kitchen corner for your convenience. The condo has wi-fi so you can stay connected with the rest of the world on your vacation. The covered deck has a view of other condos and evergreens. Charcoal briquette grills on the condo complex property are for shared common use. There are two flights of stairs to the condo front door. There is one flight of stairs from inside the condo to the loft. Trash bins and the ski shuttle BEAR are to the left when walking out of the condo. Activities in the area include: fishing, boating, golf, sight seeing, tennis, river rafting, mountain biking and cycling, horseback riding, hiking, wildlife, Alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snow tubing, and shopping, zip lining, hot air ballooning. The kitchen is small and can only fit two people max at the same time. The listing says that you can fit up to 11 people. Which is true with bed space but definitely not good when it comes to taking showers. We were 5 and had to wait in between showers for the water heater to replenish its hot water. The family wanted to get away from the Texas heat for a week in mid July so we decided to head for the mountains. We’ve stayed at multiple places in Angel Fire during ski seasons for the past 5 years. This place was above average and very close to the lifts. We typically rent houses with other family (14 total) so this was a little small for all of us. It did fit 5 of us well. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The issues we did have were rapidly addressed by the owner and resolved immediately. We actually had some good conversations about the area and other owners in the complex. This condo is on 3rd floor so be prepared to get your steps in. It’s an easy walk to the ski area. Or you can use the shuttle. Bring your white noise machine because the loft has 4 beds but is open to area below. It’s tight inside but does sleep 10 as stated. Needs some updating but for a quick ski trip we all enjoyed it. ##### D N. The condo worked great for our group of 4 adults. We had a couple of minor issues upon check-in, but Rick was very quick to respond and the issues were resolved. We found it well-stocked, which always makes travel so much more enjoyable. The living spaces and kitchen are cozy; the sleeping spaces are spacious. Great communication experience with the owner.
