In the woods above Monte Verde Lake, Wildlife Overlook offers opportunities each season to enjoy Angel Fire wildlife. It is a multi-level three-bedroom, three-bath house that sleeps ten.
The front door opens into the spacious living room, with sofa and two armchairs offering seating for five in front of the wood-burning fireplace. In warm weather, the dining table on the front deck will seat four.
The kitchen and dining area are on the upper level. The kitchen is fully-furnished and has full-size appliances including a dishwasher, a gas range, and a Keurig K-Duo machine. The long bar counter seats three, and the dining table seats four. Just off the kitchen is a small balcony with seating for two and a propane grill.
The master suite is on the main level. It features a king bed, an en suite bathroom with a roomy shower, and private deck with a heater. The second bedroom has a king bed and is next to the second bath, which features a shower/tub combination. A full-size washer and dryer are in a closet in the bedroom hall.
The lower level is a large bedroom which has seating for five, a king bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a loft with two twin mattresses. The third bath is also on this level and has a shower stall. This bedroom opens onto a separate deck with additional seating.
Wildlife Overlook also offers the convenience of a heated garage which is available for guest use. The garage has room for two cars and lots of room to store skis, snowboards, bikes, and other outdoor gear safely and out of the weather.
WiFi service is provided throughout the house. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.

Access to this home requires 4-wheel drive in the winter months.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: King bed. Bedroom 3: King bed, twin/twin bunk bed, two twin beds in loft.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, combination pod/drip coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TVs. Baseboard heaters.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Two front decks, two private decks, firepit seating area.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Wildlife Overlook is 3.9 miles from the ski area (a 9-minute drive) and 1.7 miles (7 minutes driving) from the country club.
PARKING: The garage will accommodate two vehicles and the driveway will accommodate two additional vehicles.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
