Guests receive exclusive lift ticket pricing — just $99 for adults, with even lower rates for kids and seniors! (Offer not available January 16-19th and February 13-16th). Enjoy a stay right on the first hole, perfect for golf enthusiasts. 37 Clay Terrace in the Country Club Villas is a great location for a family or group of up to 10\. This luxury townhome is on the first hole of the Angel Fire golf course, with the upstairs living area taking in the fairway and beautiful mountain views. On the upper level, the light-filled great room has a kiva fireplace and a tongue-and-groove wood ceiling and opens into the dining area, with seating for 4\. The fully-furnished kitchen has full-size appliances including a dishwasher and glass-top range. There is a coat closet and a stacked washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and an en suite bath with tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Across the hall is the second bathroom, with a shower-tub combo. The lower level has two living areas and walk-out access to the back yard. There is a bar kitchen in one of the living areas with a microwave oven and small refrigerator. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a shower-tub combo. The bunk room has a twin-over-full bunk bed. Also in the downstairs living area is a queen sleeper sofa. A full-size washer and dryer are in the utility room. The back yard features rustic seating, a fire pit, flagstone patio, and sweeping views of the Angel Fire golf course. Wi-Fi is provided throughout, and a pack and play is in the house. High chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available. 37 Clay Terrace is walking distance to the Angel Fire Country Club and Nordic Center, putting golf, tennis, swimming, Nordic skiing, and the sledding hill just steps away. Olympic Park is also within walking distance. The ski area at Angel Fire Resort is 2.5 miles away. NON-PET FRIENDLY SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Bedroom 3: Queen bed. Bedroom 4: Twin/full bunk bed. Downstairs living area: Queen sleeper sofa. KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, Keurig coffeemaker. INDOOR LIVING: Gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs. Central heating. OUTDOOR LIVING: Upstairs deck with seating, backyard flagstone patio and fire pit. LOCATION: 37 Clay Terrace is 6 minutes' drive (2.5 miles) from the ski base area, and 4 minutes' walk (0.2 miles) from the Angel Fire Resort Country Club. PARKING: The garage will hold one car and there is room for up to 2 further vehicles in the driveway. POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee. The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use. WHAT TO KNOW: This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out. Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation. Smoking is not permitted on our properties. Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes. 4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
