It gets fantastic sea breezes, which keep the cottage feeling fresh and cool throughout the day. Both bedrooms have heat pumps, which made for comfortable sleeping even on warmer nights.The beach right outside is beautiful, and once the stairs and seawall are repaired, access will be even better. During our stay, we just had to take a short walk around a neighboring property to reach the beach, which wasn’t a problem at all.Just a heads-up: the listing mentions in-cabin laundry, but it’s actually located at a nearby laundromat. That said, all the essentials (wifi, tv, fridge, kettle, microwave, and stove) were in great working condition. The shower also had strong water pressure, which was a nice bonus.Overall I would recommend this as a place to relax and unwind. ##### Lisa C. We loved our stay and the property manager Chantelle was excellent. Everything worked and was well kept up to date. The area had access to the beach, a restaurant and a store. The best thing about Andros is the people! We felt safe and supported in all areas. While not the most fancy of places it had an updated bathroom, a nice size living room and kitchen with comfortable size bedrooms and the only thing that would have made it nicer was comfortable outside chairs and no wall construction!
