Just steps from the Anchorage Mushing District, 5th Ave shops, restaurants, and the Coastal Trail, this space offers a rare blend of local history and updated design. Inside, you’ll find an Art Deco-inspired studio with a modern twist: a King bed, Kitchen, full bathroom combo, fast WiFi. Please note: the building does not have an elevator. The Space: This thoughtfully designed studio offers a comfortable and stylish stay in the heart of downtown Anchorage. The space features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, and cookware, along with a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Enjoy modern comforts including a Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a refined Art Deco–meets–modern design that creates a cozy yet elevated atmosphere. Great location for attending my meetings at the Egan Center. Nice accomodations, well stocked kitchenette, very good bed, very clean and airy, comfortable heat. Decent price for what it is. It’s cute, clean and close to restaurants/shops. While the neighborhood was a bit sketch, that’s most of down town Anchorage. Same ambience as you’d get from even the nicer hotels. However, the dual building/door locks made it a safe stay feel. Only thing I’d say that I didn’t like was a 300 dollar charge to my card that had no explanation. Contacted the property and didn’t get a response other than what seemed to be automated, but the charge disappeared after I sent that message about a day later. Don’t know what that was about.
