It was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of space for our large group of 9\. The beds were very comfortable and there were room darkening shades in each room (a key for sleeping through an Alaska summer night). The open floor plan worked well for a large group as people could be in the kitchen, at the table, or lounging in the living room but still be part of the group. I could see how the lofted space would have be a nice if we had any kids with us.
