Here, at the historic Prinsengracht, one of the four main canals of Amsterdam, you will find everything you'll need for a perfect stay in charming Amsterdam.

Our Covid-proof B&B in an authentic canal house has a separate and private entrance from the street, consists of a bedroom and a separate bathroom, and offers great value for money!

The most famous museums (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh museum, Museum of Contemporary Art), as well as the Vondelpark, and numerous restaurants and (antique) shops are all within walking distance!

Moreover, there are plenty of bike/ boat-rentals around the corner, and public transport facilities are very close.

Idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Amsterdam. Le logement est très propre, idéalement situé près du centre, mais dans un quartier calme. La communication avec les gérants était très fluide. Merci encore à eux pour leurs gentillesses et disponibilité. Je recommande ce logement pour visiter Amsterdam et reviendrais sans hésiter.

Great location - near museums

This property has a great location near the Rijksmuseum and views of the canal. The cozy one bedroom is very clean and included a teapot and coffee machine, as well as welcome drinks and snacks. Room darkening shades allow for a good nights sleep. The bathroom has a roomy shower. Jacob was very easy to communicate with. Recommend this rental. Note there are 3 steps down to get into the unit.

Great location to stay in Amsterdam

Jacob & Roy’s place was in a great central location in Amsterdam with everything close by and walkable. They were great hosts very kind and communicative. We were out exploring the city most of the day so it was a great central place to sleep. It is a street level apartment central in the city so you may hear people on sidewalks late at night, but we had no issue sleeping and sometimes used white noise/music to block out street conversation. Overall a great stay!

Cozy on the Canal

We spent 4 nights in this quaint property, and enjoyed every minute of it! The location is PERFECT, right on the canal, but not on one of the busier ones. The hosts, Jaap and Roy were wonderful, and very helpful both before and during our stay. It was a perfect base for our exploration of Amsterdam!

Roy welcomed us at our early arrival! A short walk from bus 397 or train from the airport…then perfectly situated for “ canal life” and a hub for wonderful restaurants and walks! We would welcome the opportunity to stay here again!

The B&B is right in the heart of Amsterdam an we highly recommend it, it is small, clean and sweet. It´s perfect for couples who like to see a lot of the City. The Hosts are very kind and helpful if you need any help. We had a wonderful stay and we would definetly visit again :)

A “Will Come Back Again” place

Although I was there for a couple of nights it was a great experience! We were at the heart of the city and walking distance to incredible museums like the Van Gough. Comfortable and convinient

The property was clean and comfortable, located very conveniently within the city to do our sightseeing. Most locations were within walking distance, and it was lovely to walk out the door and be met with the canal side. Our hosts were very accommodating, communicative and friendly. Nice flat, good location

We enjoyed a quick sojourn in Amsterdam for two nights and found Jacob's flat perfect. Great location a quick 5 min walk to the Rijk's Museum and many beautiful and busy streets nearby. Easy access to a good selection of restaurants and nearby cafe/bars. It was a quick tram ride from Amsterdam Centraal. Absolutely love the bathroom/shower and large comfortable bed. The Nespresso machine was appreciated for a lazy morning cappuccino. Host was very communicative and took the time to welcome us to Amsterdam as well. Overall, we strongly recommend and won't hesitate to come back in the future!

Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Genau in Amsterdam. Wenn man es wünscht, geben einem die Gastgeber gerne Auskunft über die Umgebung. Wir sind lieber selber und ungestört los gezogen. Und hatten auch unsere Ruhe. Einziges Downsite ist die Bettmatratze, sie müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Sie war sehr hart. Und man hört hin und wieder Schritte. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Nochmal, es ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden es wieder machen.

A wonderful memory

It was like a dream, so relaxing. They had thought of every detail to make a guest happy. We loved the folding chairs they had provided to sit and watch the canal and people. An absolutely perfect location, right on the canal, so close to the museums, and many restaurants nearby. Perfect, absolutely perfect!

The Life in a Tuscan Villa!

Monica is fabulous! a warm person, she is a great cook and host. she even made a cake from scratch for our daughter-in-law's birthday! we also had a lovely tour and meals at a nearby winery. other than that, there is no nearby commerce so stock up before you climb the hill. what a view!

That small apartment was the closest thing to home.

The location is ideal for people who enjoy having a quiet time and staying close to major touristic and cultural attractions. Awesome hosts, wonderful location!

We lucked out and managed to grab this place last minute. Our hosts were so gracious; especially for us booking last minute and showing up early in the day. They let us check-in early and met us in person. The room was perfect for us. The bathroom was also super nice and everything was clean and well taken care of. The location was also excellent. Cozy little oasis

The room with its bed, bathroom and lovely hosts became an oasis in the wild city. For a stop to leave some shoppings bags in between, to rest and get up with new energy - you are in the middle of everything and when the weather is as friendly as it was with us the start in the day is a wonderful one. a big thank you also to our hosts, who where super open, talkative and helpful with different ideas where to go - thank you!
