« Lets start with pros. Host was phenomenal, price was fairish. Location is in the center of Folsom and within walking distance of the park. Cast iron tub is cool. They allow large dogs with 75 dollar fee. Cute layout.Cons: Counted five roaches in the first five minutes. Later greeted by termites too.Front blinds are broken. The floor sags underfoot in hall and bathroom(Im 6ft 200lbs). Mold is growing in the bathroom. Bathroom has no vent fan. Would stay there again if there was a vent fan in the...

We were visiting family in the area and being able to come back to our own space with small children made the trip even better. We were there for only one quick night, got to the house at almost eleven washed uniforms, took baths and went to bed.Having a house with washer and dryer was great! The beds were clean and comfy. « The host was great and responsive, however the units just need some TLC. One unit had not been cleaned. It smelled of cigarette smoke and one of the bed’s linens had not been washed. Cleaning services came out to replace the sheets within 30 minutes, so that was good. But the smoke smell was bad enough that I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and fabric febreeze to make it through the night. The other unit we stayed in did not have any odors but could have used a cleaning as well. »
