The home was absolutely beautiful, and very well appointed with everything we could have needed. And the property manager was incredibly responsive and accommodating with everything we asked about! Highly highly recommend!
Beautiful house and beautiful property. Owner was very flexible with my requests to set up an event and they had everything I needed and more! Works great for big events!
We loved our time in this property. We rent a lot and this home, and particularly Teresa made out experience exceptional. Teresa is very attentive and proactive and really makes you feel like someone is looking after your every need. Thanks Teresa!
Home was as described. Huge layout with many private spots for down time. Huge kitchen for family meals. Could use a griddle and regular coffee pot for large family breakfasts. Hot tub had some issues but was resolved rather quickly. Heating for pool should be extended as too cold to enjoy in morning. Although I understand electric heater can be expensive with cost of rental I feel should be considered. Plenty of room for all family members. Would definitely consider again. Great time
We enjoyed the interior and furnishings. Appliances were good. Ice maker actually works!!!! Property manager very helpful and immediately responsive.
Loved the outdoor firepit… we had s’mores a dozen times. Roomy.
Great linens. One suggestion is convert the second bedroom downstairs from a Queen to a king… at this price point I expect more kings. Roomy.
The pool heating and hot tub arrangements could be better. The heater on the pool had a hard time getting the heat up to a comfortable level. 14/16 chairs on deck. Roomy.
Great views of river action from the patio, enormous second story deck and dock .
Lots of toys, tricycles, and cribs etc for children.
Enormous sweet closets. And it is roomy… did I say that?
We would definitely come back but would have to get a better way to get the pool warmer.
The turn into and out of the drive to Palm Beach Blvd is a little tense but if you are used to city driving it should be no big deal.
Publix, Ace hardware and Winn Dixie, Walgreens, 5-7 minutes away.
Grill worked well.
Nice office area for work., not super private but has a great printer. Was able to hold zoom meetings with 100 and stream movies with the WiFi … no problem.
