☞ JACUZZI:
Your stay includes the initial setup of the jacuzzi, with clean water and specific products already provided.
Any additional requests for emptying, refilling, or new sanitation involve an extra fee.
⚠️ The jacuzzi will be unavailable approximately from November 1st to February 28th.

☞ FREE PARKING: Private, located in the villa’s courtyard

☞ ONLINE CHECK-IN: By law, personal data and an ID document must be submitted via a secure online check-in form, even for last-minute bookings. The process is handled by a professional service, in compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR), ensuring maximum confidentiality of your information.
Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00. If communicated in advance, luggage can be stored in the apartment from 11:00.

☞ SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is allowed outdoors only

☞ CRIB AVAILABLE: Crib linen is provided upon request

☞ MANDATORY CLEANING FOR LONG STAYS:
For stays longer than 14 nights, a weekly cleaning fee is required to ensure proper maintenance of the accommodation.
