"It was a trial finding the apartment, the link in the booking website took us to a different, Google maps then took us to another place, eventually the agent dropped us a pin to the actual apartment, so probably just cut out all the messing around and get the agent to drop you a pin to the apartment location. "I throughly recommend this excellent hotel. It is modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. Lots of parking. Check in was excellent. My plane had been delayed by 12 hours meaning I didn’t arrive until 3am. The excellent reception colleague helped my taxi driver find the hotel over the telephone and was there to perform a seamless check in. The room was easy and the bed was very comfortable. A fan was provided. The shower and bathroom were fantastic. The spacious balcony provided magnificent views. All restaurant staff were brilliant, every single one polite attentive and helpful. The food selection was varied and delicious. Whilst every member of staff was great, the hotel manager was exceptional, being visible, greeting guests at breakfast and dinner. Without being asked, the manager proactively intervened to help me sort out a transport difficulty going above and beyond expectations to make sure I got where I needed to go. Thank you so much for making my stay a fabulous and memorable experience. Highly recommend this excellent hotel."

"Wow! We are sooo happy we last minute booked this hotel! We spent a lot of time in all the different pools and even booked a couples massage. I would tell anyone to stay here. Also the breakfast was amazing!"
