"There are no views from this property, just a concrete wall outside the wind663ow-. It is like having no windows at all. The check in is hard to find and is incorrectly located on Google maps. They know this but have not changed the location! There is only paid parking on the street. The entry is dirty and passes by smelly rubbish bins. Very disappointing overall as the property is quite rundown."

"Primera vez que puntuo tan mal un alojamiento, pero la verdad lo merece. A veces vale más la pena pagar un poco más con tal de no encontrar un sitio asi. Las llaves se recojen en otra direccion, vas y no es ahi, andorra, no internet.. buscate la vida y ves a la otra que indican en un papel en la direccion antigua, parecia un escape room. Wifi de pago cada dia, check in a las 17 p.m. Un solo rollo de papel de vater para 4 personas y poco champú. Tasas turisticas brutales y camas incómodas....

"Avoid this property at all costs if you want to sleep during your holiday, booked 7 nights in this hell hole and managed to get 21 hours sleep throughout the entire stay, the walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from the 3 floors above, the company rents the neighbouring properties to anyone, we had the misfortune of having screaming girls and shouting guys party from 10pm to 4am every night, banging doors and loud music. Les expliqué la razón por la cual me debía quedar en la locación original pero no les importó, ya que sobrevendieron ese espacio. Me mandaron a un lugar 20 km de distancia de donde iba a realizar mis actividades. Es una completa decepción, espero que a nadie más le hagan lo mismo ya que arruinaron mi estancia en Andorra. "The check-in experience was a bit challenging since the staff only spoke French, but things improved significantly when the front desk lady used her cellphone to translate, which made the process smooth and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the location was perfect for us — we were visiting Andorra and also wanted to explore parts of the French Pyrenees. The only inconvenience was that the rooms didn’t have air conditioning. However, the outside temperature was pleasant enough to enjoy a nice breeze in the room."
