Casa Calabaza

  • This is a stunning 3 bedroom villa in the pretty urbanisation of Las Palomas just 1000 metres from the beach of La Herradura.



    The villa has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard with a brand new modern kitchen and tasteful furniture throughout.



    There is a large open plan living area with steps up to the kitchen and doors out to the terrace and swimming pool. There is a master bedroom with en-suite and two further bedrooms with a very large shared shower room.



    Guests also have access to the terrace upstairs with dining area, perfect for enjoying the views over the pool and garden and of the sea beyond.



    The villa has air conditioning throughout, wifi and television.



    The urbanisation of Las Palomas has a large public swimming pool with restaurant, together with a gymnasium, tennis court and pádel club. There is also a further cafe/bar alongside the tennis court.



    The upper part of the building is not accessible to guests.

We had a nice stay here, it was large and spacious, very clean as in the photos

We had a nice stay here, it was large and spacious, very clean as in the photos. The upstairs of the villa was locked, so the space we had was based on one level on the lower ground floor, with access to a pool and nice garden which was in the sun for the majority of the day. We also had access to the balcony on the upper level which had amazing views and were able to use the table there to have meals which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped enough to make meals. Rachael was very kind and helpful during our stay helping us out when needed. In general it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Relaxing and Peaceful

Such a relaxing and peaceful stay in a wonderful private villa. Kids loved the pool and we loved the Sun loungers! The villa was so clean and perfectly furnished for holidays, with comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. It was so quiet too so we all slept really well. The view from the top balcony is beautiful over the ocean and although we only had the bottom part of the villa it didn’t matter as you can use the top too. 10-15 mins walk downhill into the town with loads of lovely great cafes as restaurants and so many water sports. We hired kayaks, went sailing and snorkelled in the bay below, in the crystal clear waters. We didn’t want to leave!

Very nice place

The outdoor area was perfect for us. Lots of sun but with the possibility to be in the shade under the tree on the terrasse. The pool had a good size and was very clean. The walk to the beach and city is about 25 min. downhill. The house is placed high on the hill and has a great view. The indoors was also very clean and with plenty of room for the 5 of us. We had a bit of trouble with the aircondition in the rooms but finally got them working properly. An instruction for this would be a good idea.
