It is adjoining the main house where we live and has two terraces that are reserved for you, within our property. 10 minutes by car from all amenities (banks, supermarkets, restaurants, markets), you can enjoy the tranquility of the place, explore the surrounding villages and the countless hiking trails. The studio is situated on 3.5 hectares of private land consisting of pines and cork oaks. It is freshly finished, some exterior fittings are to come. Its area is 25 square meters and it is the ideal place to rest in peace but also for sports holidays (hiking, surfing, cycling, horse riding...etc). It is equipped with a small kitchen that contains everything you need, a bathroom with shower and WC, a 140 cm double bed, a lounge bench and 2 outdoor terraces. The studio is located at the edge of a small country road which is not very busy. Cathy is an amazing and kind host.
