Beautiful brand new apartment ideally located in the historic centre of Alicante, right at the corner of Calle San Francisco and Calle Castaños and within a 5 minute walk to the beach. You will also find all that Alicante has to offer in terms of nightlife, tapas bars, restaurants and shopping right outside the building’s front door. The space The apartment has a beautiful new kitchen fully equipped with brand new appliances. This includes Air Conditioning and heating if needed during the winter months, but also comes fully equipped with all major appliances including a washer and a dryer. Windows with highest grade acoustic insulation will be installed in all rooms of the apartment during the first week of March 2024. The apartment sleeps up to 8 adults comfortably. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bathrooms are en-suite. There is a small patio. Included in the rate is free wi-fi and cable TV. Near to restaurants, bars and walking promenade. Some noise from the street but not too much. On arrival the host informed that there is some problems with internet connection, but the technician was coming. After several twists and turns and contacts, the end result was that we had no internet or TV for the entire stay. Some of us had planned to work remotely during the week, but now nothing came of it.In one of the flats there was a full renovation going on from 8.00 to 16.00\. Each room was immaculate, comfortable beds and nice showers. The outdoor terrace is a bonus. Jacqueline the property manager was lovely and very responsive and dealt with our queries in a professional and timely manner. The street outside can be noisy at night due to it's central location and with the nightclub over the weekend, however we missed the new windows being fitted just by a week! The apartment is in the most wonderful location. It’s light and bright. The living area is full of windows with a view of the park and the streets below. We loved it! Not the greatest location as the area felt a bit rough and the heart of the city wasn’t so clean. I would have chosen a different neighborhood however, the property balanced our stay. ##### Gina K. At the center of the social life of Alicante, close to breakfast spots, bars, tapas, the Esplanade and the Barrio. A great meeting spot for friends and family. Lovely, airy apartment close to the center of Alicante. The street is lively with foot traffic (busy and can be loud during the night as bars let out) and close to coffee, pastries, and all types of restaurant food. Close to shopping! Close to the Esplanade! Close to the beach! So so fun. 4 bedrooms and 3 small baths. Limited kitchen equipment, but includes washer and dryer. ##### Tracy N. Dog skal lige siges at som 55+ år var der lige lovlig meget gang i gaden nedenfor lejligheden til langt langt ud på natten ( kl 4-5 stykker) . Men vil man bo centralt er det også risikoen . Está en una calle de mucho tránsito y restauración y se escucha muchísimo ruido y es imposible pegar ojo. La limpieza no estaba mal, pero puede mejorarse, algo de polvo en los muebles y las duchas no del todo limpias. El aire condicionado no funcionaba bien.
