All services are at hand, in the old town of Alicante. Places of interest: restaurants and food, the beach, family activities, and nightlife. You will love my space for the location, the people, and the atmosphere. Easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. Moises is excellent with communications and very responsive. Having 2 bathrooms is very useful, particularly as it was a group of friends staying. The apartment is well-equipped and spacious enough to not feel on top of each other all the time. Do be aware that it can get very noisy, owing to bars etc in the same area. One night it seemed as if someone was flamenco dancing right above us! Pack earplugs. A couple of little maintenance issues are needed - such as replacing the iron (cord was too frayed for me to consider safe to use) and the hook/cradle for the shower heads in both bathrooms need to be replaced, as had to hold shower head at all times which is awkward when trying to wash. Aside from those minor issues, we had a lovely time there and do recommend. ##### Tiffany V.
