This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for two which could also serve dualy as a desk space. There is one private bedroom and a couch with a pullout sofe quen bed. We are available by message for any assistance, but otherwise, we give guests space to relax and explore. This neighborhood offers the perfect blend of convenience and local culture. Just minutes from the University of New Mexico and the lively downtown district, you’ll find yourself surrounded by charming coffee shops, local eateries, eclectic boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The area is known for its walkable streets, historic adobe architecture, and a mix of students, professionals, and creatives. With easy access to parks, art galleries, and the famous Route 66 corridor, it’s a hub for those who want to experience Albuquerque’s authentic urban energy while staying close to major attractions and transit routes. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion. It is a spacious condo with recent updates to the kitchen, bath and decor. It's in a safe neighborhood, very convenient to Old Town, shops, services and the Interstate, but also very quiet. We appreciated the many little touches that were included, from snacks and coffee in the kitchen to toiletries in the bathroom. Erin, the property manager, was very professional and welcoming.
