The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer family stay. This spacious home is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. We can be available throughout your visit to answer any question and offer assistance. This neighborhood offers the perfect blend of convenience and local culture. Just minutes from the University of New Mexico and the lively downtown district, you’ll find yourself surrounded by charming coffee shops, local eateries, eclectic boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The area is known for its walkable streets, historic adobe architecture, and a mix of students, professionals, and creatives. With easy access to parks, art galleries, and the famous Route 66 corridor, it’s a hub for those who want to experience Albuquerque’s authentic urban energy while staying close to major attractions and transit routes. My main complaint was the ceiling damage that we feared was going to fall down on us. There was excessive ceiling damage and mold under one of the falling areas. There was a broken fan hanging precariously in great room that we worried was also going to fall on us. Some areas were dirty (the banquette bench) however the kitchen and bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
