The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. We were happy with the complimentary use of nearby fitness center. Hotel was in a central location. Valet persons were great! We didn't like the smoking immediately out the front door.

Beautiful hotel, room was clean, very comfortable and and had everything needed. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Location is great with plenty of good bars, places to eat and access to public transport. Also feels like a safe area. Only niggle was the coffee machine in the room took a few attempts to get a brew. Overall highly recommend.

There was no pool or fitness. You could, however go to a gym across the street. There was no vending available either. You had to buy bottles of water at $6 each. Overall I was disappointed with that part of the experience. The best part of the property was the on-site restaurant, Char. The food and service were great.
