Dog friendly. Netflix Studios is a short walk away and Isleta Amphitheater is just over a mile down the road. This new home is located in one of Albuquerque's newest neighborhoods and offers a community park, pool and dog run. Spacious living area and Outdoor area for enjoying ABQ's amazing weather. NO cats allowed due to severe allergy Commercial vehicles, RVs trucks and vans exceeding 22 feet in length and trailers may not be parked overnight in the public streets unless a special exemption is obtained from the HOA Board of Directors. Application for such a temporary exemption should be made in writing through the HOA Management Company. For owners of RVs, trailers and other such equipment, the special exemption may be granted for periodic use (such as loading and unloading an RV), with each such parking event not to exceed 36 hours. PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. City trash collection: Guest may be asked to help take city trash/recycling to street and back. Starter Supplies: We provide starter supply of guest consumables only, anything additional will need to be purchased. Recording Devices: there is a doorbell camera & there is a camera INSIDE the garage. We use cameras for security purposes and to monitor guest count. POOL: this is a community pool and is not a guaranteed amenity, hours of operation are subject to change at any time. It was easy to access the festival grounds (except for horrendous traffick) and conveniently located for restaurants, the zoo, and other activities. It was perfect to gather our two grown boys and girlfriends. Hosted Thanksgiving dinner with smoked turkey in the Traeger and played games at the large dining table.
