We had a lovely stay when in town for a family wedding that was close by! The space was absolutely beautiful and very clean, and convenient to multiple sights and places in Albuquerque. We could even see hot air balloons taking off from the balcony! My aging parents could stay comfortably on the ground floor main suite and the upstairs bedrooms had a lovely common area to share as well, which made it feel like a huge home. Nice neighborhood and easy access to the house.
We greatly enjoyed our stay. This is our second time staying at this beautiful, clean, and comfortable home. This house is located in a very nice neighborhood and we would definitely stay again. The host was very accommodating and was very responsive.
Wonderful quiet & safe neighborhood - walkable with nice views. Separate climate zone for upstairs bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, nice bath products, garage access, etc. We will definitely stay here again!
Absolutely loved the house. It fit everyone perfect with plenty of space. Bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and living room area were clean when we got there and overall well taken care of. Lighting is a bit dull and its a bit far out from its nearest restaurant/gas station. Also have to mention that the location is very close by a few nice hikes. We enjoyed our stay in ABQ.
The home was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and exactly as described and pictured. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay in the Albuquerque area.
I stood here for 7 days it’s so dirty the carpet are dirty the master bedroom bed board is filthy the kitchen and everything in the kitchen was so dirty I had to clean everything because nothing was clean I contacted the host and didn’t do anything about it I have pictures of everything soo dirty the ceiling fans we’re very dirty just everything the grill the stove the kitchen Cabinets aweful I don’t understand how beautiful the home is and everything soo dirty and things are broken also and there is rat poop in the pantry and were the kitchen trash can go
I enjoyed spending the night here with my pets while traveling to AZ from Colorado to get us all to our winter destination. I will definitely stay here again during our yearly travel back and forth. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home.
This is a very cute house in a nice neighborhood with a a cute little park down the street and a dog park a 4 min drive away. Tons of restaurants within delivery range.
Our stay was wonderful and Erin was very communicative and kind. We truly appreciate everything she did for us and how she handled any hiccups before and during our stay.
The house is beautiful and very spacious and the decor is beautiful as well, perfect for a family. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
The home was very nice, carpet probably should be replaced, the pictures show a little grass in the back, but it was all dead and debris on the patio. We enjoyed our three nights at the property.
Beautiful and comfortable home in a Very nice neighborhood. This was our first time to Albuquerque and we greatly enjoyed our visit. The house made our visit even more special. We greatly appreciate the host for being accommodating and for communicating with us.
This house is in a great location and very roomy. The house does allow pets, and unfortunately, the carpet has suffered as a result. The carpet clearly needs to be replaced as it is very worn and stained all over. I recommend tile if the owners are going to continue to allow pets. The upstairs sitting area was very cozy and where we spent most of our time. The downstairs living was a little cavernous for just the two of us, but if you have a larger group, it would work well. The rest of the property was very clean, just the carpet that needs attention.
Great home in a great neighborhood but disappointing cleaning
Carpets upstairs were not vacuumed. Master bath shower uncleaned. Clothes left in the dryer. Grill was caked in dirt. Water filter was overdue in refrigerator and ice maker was not working properly. M&M’s were under master bedroom along with socks, which my dog found. Screen door for patio was in disrepair too. I felt so gross with the filth of the house, we slept in our clothes and left at first light.

Even though the house is gorgeous and clean, what made this stay horrible was an incident that happened and the property manager didn't care. We had a great first few days there, but then one morning around 8am we were awakened by three men in a white van banging on the door. After no one answered, they began peeking through the windows and then trying to open the door and trying codes on the keypad. Due to us being only females in the house, we were not comfortable opening the door. I tried to contact the property manager, but no answer. We ended up calling the police. The men had left before the police got there. After a while, the property manager finally text me back and said that it was workers and they scheduled them for the wrong day. But, what kind of workers see cars in the driveway and look in windows of the house and try to open the door?! That's not normal. After the cop came and inspected the house he said that the back door would not lock properly so we needed to be careful and there are also no security cameras on the outside, so none of this was captured. After explaining our alarm and fear and asking for a refund for our remaining days because we don't feel safe anymore, the manager stated they would not give any refunds and then completely ignored me. So, I had to find another VRBO that we actually felt safe at and my cost was double. As a former landlord, I am appalled at the unprofessional nature and lack of empathy from this property team.
This Albuquerque home is new and such beautiful construction. We loved the big windows and the openness of the floor plan. The rooms and baths were perfect for us. So nice to have a big shower to enjoy. The backyard made it easy to keep our dogs safe and managed. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We would enjoy staying with you again in the future.
