The mattress and pillows reflect the low quality of the room's furniture. Despite possessing the required conveniences, the room is not notably different from the other low-cost rooms in the complex. The room's lack of cleanliness is a significant concern. I am still waiting for communication from the director. Apart from one receptionist who was able to communicate effectively in Spanish instead of French, which I greatly appreciate, the rest of the communication was quite inadequate. The staff shows a certain disrespect for people who do not speak French as their first language.

Séjour de 2 nuits, chambre correcte, salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner varié. Nous avons eu un problème de lampe qui s’est décrochée du plafond, personnel réactif, le réceptionniste nous a proposé un changement de chambre, nous a offert des bouteilles d’eau et nous avons eu une remise sur le tarif du séjour. La température dans la chambre était trop élevée et pas reglable (thermostat non fonctionnel). La température du hall pour le petit déjeuner était également trop élevée, voire gênante.

Un seul problème vous annoncez sur votre site que les chambre sont libres à 12h alors qu'elles ne le sont qu' 15h sur le site d'accord hôtel et ce qui est la réalité0\. donc nous avons du nous changer pour un mariage dans les sanitaires. pas fun du tout votre erreur

Habitué des hôtels IBIS , pas de chauffage un 25 octobre. L'hôtel est toujours en mode clim! De qui se moque t'on? Une honte pour ce groupe qui nous habitué à mieux.

Hôtel situé en centre ville Parking sur place payant ( 6€ la nuit rien à redire ), peu de places par contre !!!! Accueil formidable ( amabilité , sourire ) et rapidité dans l’enregistrement Chambre assez grande et très propre Literie confortable Salle de bain propre Bonne insonorisation ( rue et chambre voisine ) Petit déjeuner très copieux , produits frais … un délice
