Waited over an hour for rooms to be ready. Arrived at 3 pm and rooms were not cleaned, waited an hour in the lobby.Front desk staff were very nice and apologetic. Kept checking on rooms readiness. Never experienced this at a Marriott stay.During the night our room was very warm and the air did not appear to be working but we did not complain as we were only there the night. Family had the room adjacent and their air was very cold.

This is a great place to stay if you are going to the MVP arena for a concert! Walking distance to all the places on State street and surrounding. Staff very friendly and would book again should we attend another concert in Albany, NY. Thanks 😎

It is a great hotel, spacious and clean. The staff were exceptional, respectful and friendly. It is very near to the MVP arena. However, there are very limited restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

Perfect hotel for seeing a show at MVP Arena, it was a very close walk. Plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good- pretty typical of a continental breakfast. Hotel is self was very clean and updated, bed was comfortable and rooms were large.

Impressive staff!
Talk about friendly staff! Seriously - we were checked in by the absolute nicest lady who just moved up from Virginia. She helped us with tips about parking, to honest recommendations for food. It’s nice to feel welcome when you are staying away from home. Breakfast far surpassed our expectations. And just like the lady at the desk there was another sweet and helpful lady in the breakfast room. Kudos to this place on their staffing all around! Guy at checkout- rwualy friendly. The room was spacious, bed comfy. Pillow too soft but if that’s the worst I can say than I’m a happy girl!
