The location is right smack in the middle of main old town street. We had everything we could possibly need within walking distance (i.e. restaurants of all price ranges, grocery store, gelato and crepe shops, pharmacy, and beach). Francesco met us in the middle of the night upon our arrival and took the time to give us a walk-through and an orientation about the town. He also had a summary sheet of all the restaurants and attractions that are nearby Alassio.We were lucky to stay there right before tourist season starts, so the street noise was bearable. Francesco ist ein toller Gastgeber und hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich mitten im trubeligen Zentrum von Alassio. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet man sich in der berühmten „Budello“ Alassios, gegenüber ist eines der ältesten Cafés und keine 15 Meter weiter befindet sich der Strand. Also, genau richtig für eine Familie mit Teenagern. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen, aber in der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Nur eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es leider nicht. Dafür aber einen tollen Gasherd. Als passionierte Köchin, war das für mich die reinste Wohltat. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco war sehr einfach und unkompliziert. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal in Alassio. ##### Claudia K. Für lärmempfindliche Urlauber könnte das Nachtleben in der Umgebung störend sein. Unsere Familie hat ed genossen. In der abschliesdbaren war unser VW Bus bestens untergebracht. Zum Strand nur wenige Meter. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und war bei unserer Ankunft super sauber. Das Auto wird eigentlich nur benötigt um außerhalb von Alassio zu fahren. Der Parkplatz ist zwar etwas entfernt aber man muss nicht durch die Innenstadt wenn man weg fahren möchte. (se posso consigliare i bagni Manin) Alcune scomodità della casa essendo in pieno centro bisogna prendere in considerazione la movida serale e notturna e quindi il rumore fino a tarda notte. Inoltre da specificare sull'annuncio che per raggiungere l'appartamento vi é una scala piuttosto ripida e scomoda se si hanno persone anziane o come noi passeggini e neonati da portare su e giù per la scala. Die Sauberkeit ist okay, ist aber auch von den Vorgängern abhängig. Man kann hervorragend kochen und es hat auch genügend Geschirr. Die Wohnung ist warm und ungeeignet für wärmeempfindliche Leute. WIFI ist gut. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist relativ weit weg. Man braucht das Auto jedoch fast nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung insbesondere jungen Leuten sehr empfehlen. E' vicino a tutti i servizi, quali supermercati, farmacie, negozi ed anche non lontano dal mare. La camera da letto quadrupla dà sulla piazza ed è molto luminosa, per contro, si sentono molto chiaramente i rumori provenienti da fuori. Il soggiorno è ampio e comodo, come così pure la cucina, fornita di tutto. Un po' più sacrificata l'altra stanza da letto, con due letti singoli, che ha una portafinestra su un terrazzino verandato: poco luminosa. Il bagno, diviso in ripostiglio con lavatrice, antibagno con lavabo e bagno con vasca/doccia, è comodo, anche se ha l'affaccio sul terrazzino. Manca la possibilità di stendere gli asciugamani all'aria aperta e, a parere mio, i mobili della cucina ed il ripostiglio potrebbero essere sfruttati meglio, con un'accurata razionalizzazione. Biancheria fornita ed abbondante. Il proprietario è una persona disponibilissima e gentile, abbiamo trascorso un'ottimo soggiorno! ##### Francesca M. È venuto a prenderci al nostro arrivo e ci ha aiutato a portare le valigie nonostante il male al ginocchio. Si è prodigato per soddisfare le nostre richieste. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e l'ubicazione è invidiabile: con una trentina di passi si arriva alla spiaggia. Servita da negozi, non distante dalla stazione dei treni e da una giostrina per bambini.
