Only 2 guest rooms separated from each other by a shared guest dining/lounger area so nice and quiet. The shared balcony was spacious enough for two tables to have breakfast at or sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset after a great day out. Lovely hosts and the location, while up on the hill behind Airlie Beach is an easy walk down and an invigorating walk back! Breakfasts were generous with cereal, toast, yoghurt, fruit and tea/coffee plus fruit juice a good start to the day. Didn't use the pool facilities but they looked very inviting for when weather is warmer. It is a very quick and easy walk to main part of Airlie Beach. Karen was fantastic, providing a beautiful breakfast as we sat enjoying the view on a gorgeous QLD morning. She also gave us a ride to our next destination to save us trying to book a taxi. Stayed here either side of a 3 day sailing trip . Large, clean room with two aspects, beautiful seaviews.. Hosts made us very welcome and stored our luggage whilst we were sailing. Breakfast was taken on the veranda - no choice but adequate and lovely to enjoy the wonderful view. The use of the pool was much enjoyed.
