« Everything was wonderful. The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable. The staff was great. Extremely attentive and friendly. It was our 56th wedding anniversary and they sent a nice chachuterie board to our room. Every evening the maid came by with a sweet treat for each room. The property is very nice and right on the bay. Very relaxing atmosphere . I would definitely consider returning to the Amaka Lodge »

« Beautiful rainforest property with good birding opportunity, birds song, cicadas, and frogs, but "touristy", so the natural vibe gets ruined. It seems they cater to tour groups, so not very private or queit. Have to pay for 3 meals a day but on their schedule that's too late for serious birding and not as healthy as I'd prefer. I travel solo and do not enjoy sitting by myself or wasting time I could be out finding birds sitting in a restaurant. I go ut birding before daybreak so, lunch as late...

« Séjourner à Iguana Lodge est un enchantement. Celui d'un accueil chaleureux et le fait de se sentir en symbiose avec l'océan et la jungle. Le choix doit se faire entre de merveilleuses promenades sur une plage immense et déserte ou nager dans la superbe piscine sous les arbres en compagnie des oiseaux et des singes toujours à deux pas. Qui observe qui ? Quant aux repas préparés avec des produits sains, José le cuisinier, fait des merveilles. Hors du temps, on souhaiterait que le temps s'arrête...
