PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Upon arrival at the modern Akragas Home 2 apartment, you’ll find:

A first double bedroom furnished with a king-size bed featuring memory foam pillows and a mattress (top of the line); a double sleeper sofa in the same room; and the option to add a single bed, which is always available in the apartment. The first bathroom is attached to the bedroom; although it’s located outside the bedroom, it’s separate from the rest of the apartment. The bedroom features two balconies with views of the city center and a glimpse of the sea, as well as a window that lets in plenty of natural light.

A second double bedroom, also furnished with a king-size bed featuring memory foam pillows and a memory foam mattress. In this room as well, there is the option to add a single bed, which is always available in the unit. You’ll find a second bathroom attached to this bedroom; it, too, is separate from the rest of the living areas. This room features a balcony overlooking the city center.

A very cozy kitchen-living room, furnished with a beautiful, spacious glass table and a smart TV, where you can enjoy a convivial moment or relax with friends and family, as well as two balconies offering wonderful views of Agrigento’s historic center.
The kitchen is equipped with pots, cutlery, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and everything you need to cook as if you were at home!

A real highlight of the home is the two full bathrooms, each featuring a spacious shower, bidet, and washing machine (the latter found in only one bathroom), along with various amenities.

The two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room are completely separate and offer excellent privacy.

Both bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people in total (plus any infants, who can be accommodated in the crib provided in the unit, complete with sheets and a mattress for the child).

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heat pumps for the winter!

Upon your arrival, you’ll find your rooms ready for the night with high-quality, 100% cotton sheets and duvets that are completely hypoallergenic.

Inside the rooms, you’ll find: a complimentary welcome kit with shower gel, shampoo, feminine hygiene products, a shower cap, and hand soap; a set of three towels for each guest (large, medium, and small).

In the closets of each room, you’ll find: two sets of sheets, two pillowcases, and two pillows.

The apartment has been carefully designed down to the smallest detail with stylish elements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and make you feel right at home!

The highlight of the apartment is its strategic location in the historic center on Agrigento’s famous Via Atenea (of course, given its downtown location, it’s normal to expect some noise from nightlife, especially on weekends) and also by the fact that it is equipped with all the necessary amenities for both a short stay of a few days and a long-term stay (up to 29 days; beyond that, reservations will still be accepted, but you’ll need to sign a temporary lease agreement at check-in)

From one of the apartment’s rooms, you have a view of Via Pirandello and Via Atenea (downtown), where you can see the bell tower and the Church of the Immaculate Conception, as well as many of Agrigento’s nightlife spots; Additionally, from the same room, there is a splendid view of the city and a glimpse of the sea.

From the kitchen/living room and the other bedroom, you can see the magical historic center, which is also full of nightlife spots—both in summer and winter!

- PARKING

Outside Via Atenea, there are numerous on-street parking spaces (in the blue zones) and in the police headquarters parking lot, just a 5-minute walk from the property. There’s also a paid, secure multi-story parking garage at Via Empedocle 29, just a 10-minute walk away. (I’ll give you all the information you need via chat so you can easily park your car within a 5-minute walk of the property!)

- IMPORTANT INFO

The apartment is for the exclusive use of your reservation, and the space will not be shared with anyone else.

A reservation for TWO PEOPLE includes the use of ONLY ONE of the bedrooms; to use both bedrooms, you must book for a minimum of THREE PEOPLE.

If there are SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, you may request access to the other room via Airbnb chat by paying a small surcharge at the time of the request, equal to the cost of managing and cleaning the second room (for a reservation for 2 people).

I will be available to my guests 24 hours a day for any needs via Airbnb chat or cell phone.

THE TOURIST TAX OF 2 euros per person for the first 4 days of the stay, as required by Agrigento municipal regulations, is NOT INCLUDED in the rate paid and must be paid to the host at check-in or check-out!

CLEANING FEES for each stay ARE INCLUDED in the rate paid!
