With a surface area of 75 m², the flat can accommodate up to 7 people and is composed as follows:
- Living area: TV lounge with large corner sofa, dining table, open-plan fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, hob, fridge).
- Bedroom 1: 3 single beds (90cm), ideal for children
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size bed (160x190)
- Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140x190)
- Shower room and separate toilet

For babies: High chair and cot are available on request.
Facilities : Iron and ironing board (on request)

Outside area :
- Furnished terrace with heated Jacuzzi as well as a dining table for your meals and aperitifs as well as a Spa to relax after a day of sightseeing.
