### Studio for 2 with terrace in Cap d'Agde

Air-conditioned studio for 2 people, located Résidence LE JARDIN D 'EDEN. On the ground floor, entrance B. Living room with bed 180cm and equipped kitchen with Nespresso cofee machine. Bath/shower room. Separate toilets. Terrace.   
Residency with swimming pool and jacuzzi (opening 01/05 - closing 30/09). Couples only. Possibility of garage rental 20 euros / night.  
  
Tourist tax to be paid max 6.60 euros / day / adult person. Administration fee : 29 euros. Beds made and towels provided. Departure cleaning included. Arrival from 5 \[hidden\] to 7 \[hidden\], you have 24 hours to notify us of any dysfunction. Departure before 11 : 00\. Insurance : from 3 nights, please send us your Civil Responsability certificate, otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros.
