Air-conditioned apartment for 2 or 4 people, located at Wellness Residency, on the 2nd floor with elevator and tennis courts view. Equipped kitchen area with Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Living room with a sofabed Rapido. Bedroom with queen bed 160cm. Shower room with wc. Swimming pool (from June 1st). Terrace. common gym. Shared laundry : washing machine and dryer. Car park no. 49.  
  
Tourist tax to be paid maximum 6.62 euros / day / adult person. Administration fee : 29 euros. Beds made and towels provided. Departure cleaning included.
