A fully furnished kitchen opens onto the balcony, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing dinners.

Enjoy modern comfort with a stylish bathroom including a shower, an upper terrace, and a garden on the ground floor for relaxing moments. Free parking is also available. Additionally, our apartment has a cozy corner next to the small living room, perfect for social evenings or a relaxed breakfast.
