The hosts are amazing, very easy to deal with and very responsive. The apartment was spotless, well looked after and has absolutely anything and everything you could need while away from home. While a consumable, ran out of toilet paper first day. No extra rubbish bags. Acoustics from outside at 10th floor terrible. Rubbish trucks, emergency vehicles, street works, people moving in. One guy said because of lifts he was moving out. He felt sorry for owners of the apartments and was glad he was only renting. Two lifts serving 20 floors way under designed. Too many people involved in the booking process. Stayz, Vrbo and Kings Coin ( Mary, John, The Team, Rochelle). No consideration of people who lack IT experience. Just cancel . (see email of 11/10) Aust dating should be used? Accomodation next time will be at a hotel.
