An ENTIRE 4-bedroom home ALL to yourself in the peaceful surroundings of Paechtown, nestled near the picturesque Adelaide Hills. Perfect for families, friends or business travelers. This property features spacious living areas, a pool, a tennis court and tranquil outdoor spaces. Just minutes from charming Hahndorf and local wineries, you’ll enjoy both comfort and convenience with ample parking, modern amenities and serene countryside views at your fingertips.  
  
This stunning property houses four beautifully designed bedrooms, three bathrooms, and eThis stunning property houses four beautifully designed bedrooms, three bathrooms, and expansive living areas that blend elegance with comfort. The driveway greets you with ample parking for up to eight vehicles, including undercover spaces.   
  
Step through the front door into a welcoming hallway. To the right is a cosy space with a trundle bed, bedside table, armchair, and soft lighting, perfect for play or downtime.  
  
To the left, the main living area beckons with plush seating, including an L-shaped couch and a three-seater sofa, arranged around a fireplace—a perfect space to relax on cool evenings. Large glass doors open to an outdoor entertaining area complete with seating and a dining table, ideal for al fresco meals under the stars.   
  
Beyond the living area is the master bedroom, offering a luxurious queen-size bed, built-in robes, a ceiling fan, and a private two-seater couch with a coffee table. The ensuite features a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet. From here, step directly into the outdoor area for seamless indoor-outdoor living.  
  
On the opposite side of the house is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space provide a central hub for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all the essentials for home cooking.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.  
  
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
