PRIVATE PROPERTY (Rental only). Villa Biddizza is a traditional Sicilian villa with a lush garden and a swimming pool, overlooking a citrus grove near the Ionian coast. Just a few minutes’ drive from Acireale and the beaches, the villa spans three levels and combines typical elements of the 1970s with period furnishings and lava stone details. Spacious living areas accommodate up to eight guests, including a large veranda with dining and sitting areas, four double bedrooms, air-conditioned rooms, and a separate apartment on the lower level. The villa features an elevator, an internal staircase, a fireplace, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and kitchen utensils. The kitchen is fully equipped. The villa also offers a barbecue. This spacious villa features tea and coffee-making facilities, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The villa is arranged over three floors. GROUND FLOOR – Access via an outdoor staircase; living room with a sitting and dining area; kitchen with French doors opening onto the veranda; one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower and a balcony; guest bathroom; access to the furnished veranda with sliding glass walls and a view of the garden. FIRST FLOOR – Two double bedrooms with balconies; shared bathroom with tub and shower; small loft suitable as a study or meditation area. LOWER FLOOR – Independent apartment with direct access to the garden, consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a dining and relaxation area, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The three floors are connected by both an internal staircase and an elevator. Outside, palm trees, colourful shrubs, and Mediterranean plants frame the garden, designed for outdoor living with a pool area, lounge chairs, a hammock, and a small fitness area. The beaches and seaside restaurants of Aci Castello and Giardini Naxos are easily accessible, as are Mount Etna and Taormina, both less than an hour away.
